The capacity of the house is 32 (+2) beds divided in three type of apartments: S2 - two-bed studio, S4 - four-bed studio, A4 + 1 - four-bed apartment, with option of an extra bed. The large parking place and grill behind our house, on disposal to our guests. House is situated in the district of Cimizin, 1km from the centre, in a rather quiet location. Public parking on the road and private parking in front of the house are also available. There is also a barbecue fireplace available for shared use. 2-room apartment 35m2: small living/dining room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, kithenette, shower/ toilet, balcony with terrace furniture, satellite TV set. 1-room apartment 16m2: 1 room with double sofa bed, dining corner, kithenette, shower/ toilet, balcony with terrace furniture, satellite TV set. |
