House is in town canter, 50 meters from shopping district, restaurants, bank, and coffee bar. Within 300 meters there are: ambulance, laundry, auto service garage, gas pump, market place, dentist, diving canter… It is 300 meters away from sea and first beaches (hotel Zagreb and Pical) are 450 meters away the same as the recreations facilities: tennis, mini-golf and aqua sports. Because the house is situated on the main road it can be easily find, and guests do not wander around when arriving for the first time, also they do not get in traffic jams on their way out of town. During the tourist season guests can also visit a “Plava Laguna” and a “Zelena Laguna” resorts situated only a couple minutes away by car to enjoy many sporting activity including a ski lift. House has 4 apartments (1xA4, 2xA2, 1x A2+2) which have 1-2 rooms, a kitchen, a shower room or bathroom and a terrace or balcony. Apartments have Sat-TV and air condition. Bedclothes, cooking utensils and towels are all included. Cleaning and changing bedclothes every 7 days. The housekeeper speek German, English and Italian. Parking places are in front the house. House has 5 apartments (1xA3, 4xA4-5) which have 1-2 rooms, a kitchen, a shower room or bathroom and a terrace or balcony. Apartments have Sat-TV. Bed linen, cooking utensils and cuttlery, towels and coffee machine are all included. Cleaning and changing bed linen every 7 days. The housekeeper speek German, English and Italian. Parking places are beside the house. We are open all year round and our apartments are centrally heated. Distances : - 150 m mini-market, - 300 m fuew good restourants, - 800 m the nearest beach, - 2000 m town centre. |

We have been in tourist business for 20 years and this expirience has been recognized from our guests and friends, many of which came back to visit us every year. Our house is situated in the city of Poreč, the most visited holiday center on the Adriatic sea, Croatian tourist champion for many years. Rich cultural and historic heritage, various recreational and sports offer, local cuisine specilities and our beautiful sea are some of reasons that attracted so many tourists in past decades. Our apartment is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, just ten minutes walk from the town center and the nearest beach. Shoping center, market places, restaurants, bars, galeries, sport facilities and the town hospital are within easy reach. |

The house has a nice maintained garden and behind the house there is a small pine-forest. Distances: - 50 m mini-market - 200 m ambulance - in the area of 500 m you can find several good restaurants, three big trade centers, post office, gas station, sport fields, the main city stadium - 800 m distance from the beach We offer several 4-bed and 2-bed apartments to our guests. There is also an additional-bed possibility in each apartment. Every apartment has a completely equipped kitchen, bath with tub or shower, its own terrace. Parking place in front of the apartments.
